Roshana Waduge, founder Chairman and Managing Director of Senaro Group is a young visionary entrepreneur who commenced his business career at a very young age. Roshana hails from a family relating to automobile industry. His grand Farther, Malhami Bass who was very famous in manufacturing vehicle gear wheels manually and his farther Mr Nanndasena was a motor engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation Japan.
Roshana completed his primary education at Mahanama College colombo 03 and obtained a Master in Business administration from University of KEISEI , South Korea. He has undergone an extensive training in automobile industry in Japan for many years.
Roshana is the instrumental person to bring the Senaro group to the present level as a diversified group of business in to Automobile industry, Logistics, Construction, Education, exports and trading. Being the visionary leader of Senaro group, Mr Roshana always introduced new products and services to the market.
Roshana is a young leader who displayed great management capabilities and he was appointed as the Chairman of Ceylon Fertilizer Corporation which is one of the largest state-owned corporations in the country in 2015. Roshana was awarded the title of “ Best CEO of the Region “ from the prestigious Europe Business Assembly , Oxford UK in year 2017 at the award ceremony held in Switzerland recognizing his management skills. Further he has recognized by world bank group in many occasions for his contribution to enable the business of agriculture.
While succeeding as an entrepreneur, Roshana focus on his social service responsibilities towards the society. As the founder chairman of Sri Lanka Trade Development Council ( SLTDC) , Roshana carried out so many activities to develop the SME sector in the country . SLTDC is a pioneer business organization in the country which play a vital role in development and safe guarding the SME sector in the country. Further Aarya Lanka foundation which is a charitable organization founded by Roshana and so many charitable activities are carried out through the same.
Roshana is an young visionary entrepreneur with many novel ideas. He recently published a book , namely “ Entrepreneurs” with a concept of creating 1000 new entrepreneurs to the country which will help to develop the economy of the country and also to create new employment opportunities

Mr Dakshina Wijesundara , founder director of Senaro group also hails from a well reputed business family in to Automobile industry. Upon completion of her primary education from Musaeus college , she completed her higher studies in business management from Edith Cowan University , Australia .
She counts over 15 years’ experience in business management by managing the key operations in the Senaro Group.
